There are a few staple items we think every woman needs in her closet this season. These are items that are versatile, and can be worn in lots of different ways. The chambray shirt from our recent post is a great example.
We'll be doing a mini-series on Salty Blondes, where we'll share all of OUR favorite essential items. Here are our first four:
1. A neutral, olive jacket. This color is great because it goes with almost anything. Wear it with motto skinnies, a feminine maxi, or denim as seen here. It's pretty much the perfect topper for everything!
2. Floral skinnies. These may not seem like an essential to most, but for us they are for sure! They look cute with a casual graphic, front tucked tee, OR dressed up a little with a heeled bootie and a more formal tunic or blouse. Plus, pull any color from the pant to tie in shoes, a top, or the perfect accessory.
3. A neutral color hat or beanie. For those days when you're hair just isn't your friend, add a beanie that goes with anything. We love this one by Michael Kors!
4. A nice, neutral bag. If you're going to spend the money on one expensive bag, make sure it's a neutral color that goes with everything. And let's be honest, everyone needs a Marc by Marc in their closet ;)
