Below are some of our essential items that we always have on hand, and that just make us happy :)

These wallets are the BEST and keep everything so organized without being too bulky. We don't go anywhere without them, and they're perfect to use as a clutch as well. We just got these two colors in the mail from Hobo The Original and can't wait to style them. Perfect for Spring!

We also can't go anywhere without our phones (duh), mints (and these from Victoria's Secret are the cutest + taste so good), lip gloss, and the other items shown above.

We hope everyone had an amazing Thanksgiving! Today we're doing Part 2 of our 'Essentials' mini series. Here are four more things we believe are staple items that every woman needs in her closet:

1. The first is a nice, quality pair of jeans. We can't tell you the difference that quality jeans make, and we think everyone needs at least one pair. Regan is wearing the Collette Skinny Hudson Jean, which is one of our favorite brands :)

2. A cute vest. You can wear it with a casual look, or dress it up with a collared button down shirt. Vests are also great to use as an extra layer during the colder months of the year!

3. Leather jacket. It doesn't need to be real leather, or super expensive. Paige's faux leather jacket is just under $100! Leather jackets are great because they are really versatile and can be worn with so many different things. They look great with a dress, dark skinny jeans, or a tunic and leggings as seen here.

4. Leggings...And not just any leggings. The Zella leggings Paige is wearing are seriously our absolute favorite, and are one of the top selling items at Nordstrom! They are SO flattering, and are reversible so you can wear the two different textures for different occasions. They're great for the gym, or a worn with a cute tunic. We love them!

There are a few staple items we think every woman needs in her closet this season. These are items that are versatile, and can be worn in lots of different ways. The chambray shirt from our recent post is a great example.

We'll be doing a mini-series on Salty Blondes, where we'll share all of OUR favorite essential items. Here are our first four:

1. A neutral, olive jacket. This color is great because it goes with almost anything. Wear it with motto skinnies, a feminine maxi, or denim as seen here. It's pretty much the perfect topper for everything!

2. Floral skinnies. These may not seem like an essential to most, but for us they are for sure! They look cute with a casual graphic, front tucked tee, OR dressed up a little with a heeled bootie and a more formal tunic or blouse. Plus, pull any color from the pant to tie in shoes, a top, or the perfect accessory.

3. A neutral color hat or beanie. For those days when you're hair just isn't your friend, add a beanie that goes with anything. We love this one by Michael Kors!

4. A nice, neutral bag. If you're going to spend the money on one expensive bag, make sure it's a neutral color that goes with everything. And let's be honest, everyone needs a Marc by Marc in their closet ;)
